At Ember & Flourish, we aim to ensure your order reaches you promptly and in perfect condition.

Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 1-2 working days and dispatched shortly thereafter. Delivery is estimated to take 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch.

Please note:

• Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
• Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods (e.g., holidays or sales).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable), so you can keep an eye on its progress.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays or adverse weather conditions may occasionally cause delays. If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
